2. Digital Products

All digital items, including but not limited to downloadable content, memberships, or e-guides, are non-refundable once delivered.
This is because digital products are instantly accessible and cannot be physically returned.

Refunds may only be granted in the following cases:

  • Technical issues preventing access to purchased content that cannot be resolved by our support team.

3. Physical Merchandise

Return Window:
